Developer submits plans for Bristol office building

Terrace Hill Group has submitted plans for the redevelopment and extension of a Bristol city centre office building.
Bristol Bridge House on Redcliff Street overlooks the Floating Harbour and would be reconfigured under the plans, Property Mall reports.
The building will be extended from 38,000 square feet to 53,000 sq ft and the reception area will be relocated, while the original structural frame and brickwork will be retained.
Adam Pratt, development director of Terrace Hill, told the news provider: "Owing to its prime city centre location and prominent waterfront position, overlooking the harbour, Bristol Bridge House represents an attractive redevelopment and regeneration opportunity for Bristol.
"We plan to create a first-class flagship office scheme worthy of key commercial occupiers."
Construction work will start as soon as planning consent is received and is expected to take around 12 months to complete.
Terrace Hill has offices in London, the north-east, south-west and Scotland, which manage a total commercial development and investment programme with a projected end value of £1.2 billion, a residential investment portfolio of £291.9 million and a house building landbank in Scotland with potential for over 1,400 units.
